<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">O Au na extremidade superior dos nanofios atua como catalisador no crescimento pelo mecanismo VLS (Vapor–Liquid–Solid), promovendo a absorção e dissolução do precursor em fase de vapor e a subsequente precipitação do material na interface líquido–sólido.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Nanofios foram crescidos Laboratório de Epitaxia por Feixe Molecular &#8211; Depto de Física &#8211; UFMG (Prof. Dr. Juan Carlos González Pérez e Dr. Rodrigo Ribeiro de Andrade)</span></p>
